1. I received an access card with an access code. How can I order my photos?
If you received an access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open album".
2. I rarely order online. How can I order my photos?
Select a photo you like in your album and click on "Order a photo". Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity and click on "Add to cart". When you have placed all the wanted photos in your cart, click on "Cart" in the upper right corner of the screen and follow the instructions.
3. Is it possible to place one order for all my family members?
Yes, click on "Did you get another access code?" in the main "Login" menu. You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. Therefore, you will have access to all available photos. Furthermore, a single order will save you shipping costs.
4. Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way is to click on the link in your order confirmation email. You can also log in with the password and email address you received by email. Once logged in, you will find your order details in the "My Account" section.
5. What are the delivery times?
The delivery time depends on the payment, the products ordered and the delivery method. Payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed. Orders that include free shipping to schools are processed on average 5-10 business days after the order deadline. Delivery time may also vary depending on the type of products ordered.
6. Will the watermark logo be removed from the image?
Yes, the watermark is only used to protect our work from illegal downloads.
7. What is the quality of the printing, posters, etc.?
We are committed to offering the best quality printing. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, do not hesitate to contact us. We are dedicated to your satisfaction.
8. Can I crop the images?
Yes, you will find this option in the shopping cart. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars that indicate if the resolution of the photo is sufficient for the enlargement.
9. How can I contact you?
If you are on the main page, click on the "Contact" tab. If you are in your account, go to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact". There you can enter your contact information and questions. We will do our best to answer as soon as possible.
